This is a game you must master when dealing
with PCOS! When you do you’re going to
slay the shit out of PCOS. Everyone’s keep asking “What can I eat?’ and “What
should I stop eating?”
I’ve heard or seen a lot of people express
how sad they were to give up all their favorite foods. Now all I got to say is
honey you’ve come to the right place. First of all make yourself comfortable..think
of it as you’re talking to one of your best friends and if you’re new here “Hi
gurl!! relax you've come to the right plac. It's not the end of the world! you're going to overcome this!” Now what I’m about to tell you is going to make you a very happy girl
today.
Yes it’s true that you have to change your
diet but why get rid of all your favorite recipes. I’ve got one word for you –
Substitute! Substitute! Substitute! Think of it as revamping all your favorite
recipes and making them much healthier. I know what you’re thinking. Some
people when they hear the word ‘healthier’ they presume all green-
tasteless-dry food. “It’s like eating a dry ass salad everyday” someone once
said.
I’m here to reassure you that’s completely
incorrect. I’ve revamped my recipes I now call them my Vegan soul food!! Tasty,
succulent, mouthwatering dishes. Don’t worry I’m going to share my recipes on
my blog and by the time I’m finished with you honey, you’ll forget about those
old recipes.
